I think a lot of songs can apply to us at different times in our life. Like a tragic love song when we have a break up or a fast-paced swearing one when we're angry. Unforgiven really connected with me at one point in my life, but so have many other different songs. It doesn't apply to me right now. I'm not angry and bitter at the world. I love life and all it has to offer. I've been very busy lately so I guess the song that most applies to me right now is "Takin' Care of Business"...well, sort of, except I don't "work at nothing all day". LOL
My all-time favorite song in the world is "No Rain" by Blind Melon. (Remember the video with the "bee-girl" dancing around-that's the song I'm talking about.) The song is about depression, but I listen to it all the time, whether I am happy or sad. I know it word for word, too.
What is everyone else's favorite song? Tell about it, too, in case someone (like me :") ) doesn't recognize the song.
Happy New Year's once again. What is everyone doing? All my hippy friends and I were going to rent this place on Main Street in a bigger city nearby, and our buddy, "Techno Tom" was going to dj, but those plans fell through, unfortunately. So I am stuck at home because my headlights are messed up which = no night driving cause I can't see!
Bored, Kitty
P.S. I have 12 Stones' cd, and I have listened to it A LOT already, so if anyone wants to hear about it, let me know. I will tell you this: it's EXCELLENT, and worth every penny spent on it. The whole CD is good listening.

I was listening to the MOP CD in my car today. I've listened to it probably a thousand times, but today I really listened to Unforgiven and I have to say that it definately is one of Creed's best songs. Everything about the song seems perfect. Anyone else agree?
